Bryan Edgar Magee (born 12 April 1930) is a noted British broadcasting personality, politician, and author, best known as a popularizer of philosophy.

Magee presented BBC2’s The Great Philosophers. This history of the subject took viewers from Plato to Wittgenstein via hour-long interviews between Magee and a different scholarly expert each week.
